CANCELLATION POLICY
✨ Rescheduling Policy I offer a one-time courtesy reschedule for cancellations made within 48–24 hours of your appointment. Once that appointment is rescheduled, it becomes LOCKED. If you cancel that locked appointment (even if it’s more than 48 hours in advance), a 50% cancellation fee will be automatically charged, since you previously canceled last-minute. Moving forward If something comes up again within that same 48–24 hour window and you need to reschedule a second time, it will be treated as a cancellation, and the cancellation fee will apply. Please respect my time as a small business owner — your scheduled appointment is part of my income, and last-minute changes impact both me and other clients waiting for openings.
